Hey Mums!

Helping my colleague find a live-in Au Pair/Nanny from March next year.
Have tried Facebook forums as well as childrcare.co.uk.

Has anyone had success finding live in childcare in the UK recently?
Would love some advice on where to look.

Thank you :)

Nannies and au pairs are very different. What are the ages of your children and how many hours do you need?

Au pairs do part-time care, generally looking after older school age children. They are also very, very few au pairs around these days and you'll have to offer something extra to attract someone and most au pairs prefer to be in London. Au pair world is still the best place, but you're a bit late for March time.

For Live in nannies, you're best either using an agency local to where you live or posting an advert on nannyjob.co.uk.
