Nanny payslip help please

Does anyone know where you can create a payslip for a nanny that doesn’t need to use payroll as cheap as possible. I am actually the nanny but I as I have come out of “retirement” to work for a friend who is visually impaired I said I didn’t mind making the enquires and passing the info on to her. Any software is fine as her mum will be completing the payslips for her she is just not very internet savvy. Thank you

BrightPay is around £85 a year, I think. They have a cloud based version, or Windows/Mac desktop version.

HMRC used to run a basic course - don’t know if they still do. I paid my nanny’s wages and did tax and NI. It was all paper based and quite simple but you needed to do the course to know all about deducting for accumulated tax etc.

Thank you there will be no tax or NI as it’s under the LER so no paye. It’s literally my NI number , tax code gross pay , hours worked.

Thank you , that seems very reasonable. Just don’t want her to be paying £300 a year for nanny tax when it’s not necessary. She is not particularly well off but needs the help due to her health issues. Initially she thought she could use direct payments but they can only cover her care if needed but not her baby.

you can also just create one on a Word doc.

I did wonder that would anyone have an example they wouldn’t mind posting ( with personal details blocked out)

If its the matter of literally creating a payslip I am pretty sure you can just make yourself one using a text or graphic editor.

Are you an employed nanny? If so you need to deduct taxes and report to hmrc. You can do that on their free software, which also produces payslips.
