Nanny needed

I need a nanny two days a week - I have signed up with a local agency but not sure it that's the best way to do it.
Any advice on where to start?

agencys are good but also worth putting some ads on on gumtree,greatcare,netmums and NJ

yeah best thing to do is advertise on gumtree as LOADS of nannies look on there. Also advertise on greatcare or nannyjob. All of these tho charge. Otherwise if there are any cafe's that families go to in your area.. thats a great place to put up an ad. I know of a fantastic agency that I would recommend going thru- You only get charged when the nanny starts with you- they are RussellChildcare. Good Luck.
