Hi, me and my partner are both working, I am only working 12 hours a week at the moment but my partner is self employed and works full time, he does not earn no where near 100k a year. We would be eligible for the new funding for my 2 year old in this instance however I am wondering if someone know if we both need to be working over 16 hours or 16 hours combined? Thanks

You both have to earn the minimum amount independently, works out at 16hrs per week minimum wage. So 16 hours each.
