I am a CM in Scotland and we are now being graded when being inspected.

I thought my paperwork was pretty good but now i am not so sure.

Don't suppose anyone could give me a help with a policy on Equality and Child Protection?

What other policies does everyone have? It seems minders down in England differ a bit from what we in Scotland seem to have.

The Care Commission's training has been pretty crap as usual and we only got offered the training a month before the new system was put in place,so now i am panicking. I don't want a rubbish grading because of rubbish paperwork

There a lot of policies at www.bromleycma.org.uk/policies/policies_and_procedures.html

Some of mine are here: www.sueschildminding.co.uk/policies.htm

Oh thank you sooo much both of you.

I do have my own policies and have been minding for years but the grading stuff has scared me. I hate/am rubbish at paperwork. Will have a browse through tomorrow.

Thanks again
