Afterschool nanny bringing own child to work - questions to ask

Hello.

Our new nanny has pulled out of our contract last minute, so we desperately need childcare beginning on 09/09. Anyway, I've found someone local who is interested and I'm meeting with her tomorrow to discuss. She has a toddler that she brings to work with her and whilst I don't necessarily have an issue with this, I was wondering if anyone has ever had a nanny agreement like this and if so, what are there any pitfalls I should consider and any questions I should specifically ask?

This is for an afterschool nanny position and my children are 6 & 4, if it's of any relevance. I've also messaged hundreds of childcare providers, but I'm not having much luck at all.
