Just wondering if anyone else is having issues getting a reconfirmation for tax free childcare / free childcare for working parents?! I’ve been waiting almost 4 weeks now, been told there is a huge backlog and it’s taking this long for everyone.
Whenever I call saying I’ve been waiting X days, I’m told “oh the wait time is now X+2 days” so they can fob me off and tell me I need to call back in a few days time.
I understand lots more people can now apply for this but surely they could have foreseen the volume of applications going up and staffed accordingly?!
