Been offered 16ish hour babysitting job and asked for my rates. I'm very experienced used to run a nursery, it's 2y0 from morning to 1am, 6yo from 5pm to 1am. Any ideas what I should charge ?

That's not really overnight though? What's your hourly rate....just multiply it.

9am-7pm - your usual daytime rate.
7pm-1am - your usual evening rate.
It's not overnight care as you are not staying all night.
It's daytime care and evening care.
These days I would charge £175 for the daytime part, then £72 for the evening.
There may then be some additional costs involved, such transport for collecting 6 year old from wherever you are picking them up from at 5pm.

Whatever your hourly rate is

I don't reduce mine in the evenings /overnight

It's my time and my rate is my rate
