Looking for an aupair - help!

Hi, can anyone recommend an au pair or an au pair agency to me please? Just decided we need help and would really appreciate some tips/advice from parents who have done it before.

What sort of tips and advice are you after?

The good thing about online recruitment rather than agencies is that for a fraction of the cost but you doing the legwork you actually get a better feel for candidates I feel rather than through an agency "filter".

Also, do a search for ap, au pair or aupair in the 'search for messages' bit. You'll come up with loads of old useful threads. I think I read them all on my journey to our first ap!
