Hi!
I made a mistake ... I tried to pay my son's (3yo) nursery and paid money from his TFC account to my daughter's infant school (5yo). The school has been polite but insist that the council have to reverse the payment but the council haven't done anything yet. (I have written a few emails trying to find the correct department, which I believe that I have after a few attempts.)
I'd like to council to reverse the payment back into the TFC of my son, which according the national helpline should be easy as this happens occasionally.
Has anyone had any experience with such an error?
It's my own fault but is £1200 or so, so I am hoping to resolve this. It is worth visiting the council in person rather than phone/emails.
Any help would be much appreciated.
