15 hours free

Hello,

My daughter (turning 2 in sept) is currently in nursery two days a week.

We receive the tax free child care for this, so I wanted to know the below (if anyone can help);

  • do I qualify for the 15 hours from when she's 2?
  • if so, from my research it says that the gov send out a code via a letter to me and I then share that with my nursery, is that right?
  • with the 15 hours, as my child only does 2 days, how do I apply these to my days? Is it a case of the two days being paid for?

Thanks

Amy

You'll be eligible from Sept under thr new 9-23 month funding and you'll get a code automatically next time you reconfirm your eligibility for the tax free childcare.

Share the code with your nursery and ask them how they offer the funded hours as they are the only ones who can answer that bit.
