Has anyone had this issue? I'm using Windows laptop and Samsung A15 phone with a Lebara monthly contract. When using either the phone or laptop to access my childcare acct, I do not get the 6 digit verification code from 60551. Lebara said it was a spend cap issue to receive premium SMS messages.
Topped up still no joy, so they're escalating.
Changed my message app to Google messager as default, no joy
Lat time I paid tax free childcare via the agent at HMRC. This time HMRC has said that I need to create a new acct. Before I do that has anyone had this issue?
