Hi,

Looking for some advice please I'm a Nanny myself and have been asked to join a family on holiday. The family are great and I would feel comfortable In joining them. (1 child )

However, working out cost wise and my expectations. How do you go about this?
You charge your hourly rate? What about the evening care? My break times, food etc... Any starting points please that I can note down so all parties know what to expect. Thank you!

Varies

You can work your hours so say 10 (8/6) and have them split over the day so say 10/5 then have hours off then babysit in evening for 3hrs

Or any extra hours paid

Remember it is not a holiday for you. It is work

Or usual day hours and evenings free

Weekend will be extra hours so paid

Many do a few for being away from home which can be £30/50 a day

Obv the family pay for EVERYTHING

flights travel food entrance fees etx
