Eats very little . Doesn’t like fruit or vegetables. Has full fat milk three times a day and now constipated.
is full of energy, loves playing , otherwise healthy

You need to offer a variety over and over - it takes at least 10 tries to get a child to eat something new.

Cut back on the milk? Just keep offering, no pushy ness, no stress, ask them to pick it up, smell it, lick it.
you’re child is healthy and happy So all good. Relax and don’t make a big deal of it. Offer and if they refuse just say ok. Every child different so who knows exactly.
I try not to offer an alternative, just leave it with them or take it away without fuss
