When to start advertising for childcare vacancies?

My partner and I are both registering as childminders and, after we have built an extension specifically for this purpose, we will be looking to take on 3 children (as a starting point).

We expect to be completely ready and geared up by June but wasn't sure when to start advertising for these spaces, any ideas?

I would say that you might put some feelers out now, but I would wait until your place is in a state that you would feel comfortable showing parents around before doing any serious advertising.
