Maternity Allowance question

Hi

Hoping someone can help as I have total pregnancy mush brain at the moment!

I am getting ready to do my claim form for maternity allowance - do I have to go to the jobcentre plus to do this or can I claim online anywhere?

Sorry if this is a totally stupid question!

You just call for a pack - I posted a link for it in the Pregnancy CM thread I think? Will go and look for it.
