UC and ParentPay

Can anyone help me with how to use ParentPay as evidence when claiming?

I use a before and after school club (school attached) as wraparound care, was moved to UC in October and still haven’t managed to successfully claim any money back. I’ve had help once over the phone, but can’t do this every month. I followed the advice they gave but can’t find the correct evidence on the ParentPay app. Whatever I send gets rejected. The journal function is useless. I can’t get an in person appointment as they never have any free and seem to want to avoid doing this. I pay weekly as monthly payments become too complicated when you’re dealing with term time only.

Can the school not provide you with an invoice/receipt by email each month that you can upload?

When I first started claiming UC, I could just screenshot the payment going out of my bank, but then they changed to needing more and this was the agreement I came to with my daughter's school.

I was told this was how it was done at first, sorted it with the school, but they rejected that and said I need to upload screenshots from ParentPay
