Hi all, I'm currently traveling abroad, and waiting for the mandatory review result.
We were misinformed about gross vs net income, so our tax-free childcare has been rejected, therefore we submitted the mandatory review request on the 26th of Feb.
We won't be able to receive the 15-hour free childcare code until the result of the mandatory review, so I'm getting a little bit anxious because the deadline for the code submission is 30th.
My husband called the contact number but they need me to call as I set up the account. Does anyone know how I can add another parent to manage the account? Also how long does the mandatory review take place? Any related advice would be much appreciated!!!!
