Preschool morning or afternoon?

I haven’t found an ‘ideal.’

There is more on during the mornings so it’s good to go to something in the morning then afternoon at preschool but the day feels horribly rushed. What do others do?

Morning, pre school is an activity for them anyway... But I wouldn't do every day if possible too so you have time to still do groups together

mornings! At my setting I always feel a bit sorry for the afternoon session children as most activities happen in the morning and in general there’s just more going on, trips, forest school etc. Can you do a combination of some AM and some PM sessions?

Yes, mornings. Most start with mornings round here anyway (I think at least half of my youngest's class leave before lunch). You'll probably find she'll be exhausted after the morning session - it's a lot to take in and can be quite full on for them at first, so I always planned a quiet afternoon or even a nap (even though she wasn't typically napping at that age)

Morning, although we refused to do 5 days a week.

We did afternoons with my first, I was on mat leave so we'd have lovely relaxed mornings at home after sleepless nights, then she'd go to preschool and thr baby would nap, bliss!
With my second we did mornings and it was better for freeing up your day, and suited me more at the time.
