Has anyone received their temporary code for 15 hours in the post yet?

I read that the government is going to send temporary codes to parents whose reconfirmation is on 15th February or after via post direct to home.

Has anyone received theirs yet?

Received a temporary code today in the post but my daughter is going to be 3 before end of March so needs a temporary code for 30 hours not 15....any one else in the same boat? Do you know if this code will work for whatever hours they are eligible for either 15 or 30?

Just received an sms from HMRC confirming the temporary code can be used for both 15 and 30 hours free

My reconfirmation date for tax free childcare is 21sf Feb, I recieved my temp code via the post last Thursday, 8th Feb :) (2 year old funding 15hrs)

I received mine in the post last week for the 15 hours funding for 2 year olds.

My reconfirmation date isn't until mid March.

I'm wondering if I'm not getting one because I reconfirm on the cut off date, seems most people have them now!

Hopefully we get our codes asap when we confirm on 15th and the nurseries accept 🤞

Received mine last Wednesday, re confirmation date is 21st February. Nursery have told me to not bother with it though and to just send them the actual code.

Yes! Exactly the same. And the government made it seem that we’d get the temporary code if it included Feb 15th. I’m glad I’m not the only one.. but also annoyed for both of us.

I just realised the reason that I didn’t get one was that my reconfirmation date was today, so just before the cut off date. I reconfirmed as usual and a code appeared straight away in my account.

Received mine in the 7th in the post, so a week ago now.

@ChaosAndCuddles Definitely says on or after 15th one the childcare account! It's so annoying is it.. I'm so nervous for tomorrow it's stupid 🤣🤣

Hey - my reconfirming date is the 17th I think, I got mine in the post only late last week. I'm sure it'll come soon 🤞🏻

Reconfirmed and got my perm code! Was so easy and shouldn't have stressed haha!

How soon did you get your code? I just reconfirmed about 1 minute ago, but as always, it tells me it will consider my re-confirmtion.

I got told they'll let me know and then I went to messages and there was 3 unread ones!

I applied for 2 year old funding back on the 23/4/2024 and I haven’t Hurd anything back yet been waiting for a letter has anyone else got there’s ?

When is your LOs birthday....you can't use funding until the term after their birthday so next term is 1st of September and you will need to reconfirm before then.
