I know it's been done before but I need a quick answer. How much Christmas bonus or whatever you want to call it for 3-day a week nanny in SW London? She brings her own daughter and I think we are pretty good - we have been late home three times in a year, never once asked her to pick up dry-cleaning or anything similar out of her job description. Pay reasonably well £65 net a day (she'll get a rise in Jan). Have bought her a token present (glass vase) and two presents for her daughter. But feel she deserves a cheque. Court of mn opinion?
