One parent working and the other receives higher rate disability benefit

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help my child is due to start nursery and I work full time. My husband does not work and is unable to due to having a stroke and now receives PIP. Due to his disabilities he is unable to care for my child on his own. Are we entitled to tax free childcare or the new 15 hours? Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Apply and see? The answer is yes if you already claim tax free childcare..
