Tax free childcare adding new child taking over 2 weeks...

Hello, my older 2 children are already registered for tax free childcare and have been attending nursery for 2 years (eldest) and 1 year (middle child).

My maternity leave is ending and I am back at work next week. I have tried applying for my 3rd child when I was reconfirming the details for my elder two. The reconfirmation was approved for my elder 2 as our financial info has not changed, however, I still have not heard back regarding my application for my 3rd child. I am aware you can only apply when you are due back at work within 30 days (which I was within). The auto email says I would have heard back in 10 days, but it's been over 2 weeks now, almost 3.

Anyone else still waiting on an application for a new child?

I was in a similar situation-first child but the application said to wait until my return to work date was within a month.

Did that and got a message to say 7days- I actually got my code for the free hours almost straight away but nothing on the tax free account thing.

I'm also back at work next week so I called them up and they approved it there and then on the phone. Said basically they've been inundated with requests since the new funding so they are running really behind
