30 hours after they start school

Morning! To save me of the absolute nightmare of ringing HMRC, does anyone know how to stop the reconfirmation messages/texts for 30 hours childcare after they've started school? There's absolutely no advice on the website or on my childcare account about what to do, if anything, and no option to let them know child has started school no longer needed. I'm not claiming it anymore obviously so I'm giving false information if I do reconfirm. Why do they keep bugging me?

Tax free childcare is done the same with confirmation every 3 months and you can utilise that until your child is 11 so I’m guessing it won’t stop till then?

They eventually notified me that DS was no longer entitled to the 30 hours and stopped sending me the messages for those, I think it was well into this term though, and he's year 1 now. We get them for the tax free childcare for him still though, which we use for after schoool club.

Isn't the reconfirmation for the tax free childcare? You can claim that until they are 11 or 12.

If you don't send your child to school you could carry on claiming until age 5 so it's for those people. Just ignore it.

Thanks- we don't have a tax free childcare account, we were already receiving childcare vouchers through work salary sacrifice so stuck with that as less admin. And we're not using childcare at all anymore so don't need any free hours. Sounds like I can just ignore!
