Tax free childcare - will salary sacrifice make me ineligible?

So for tax free childcare you have to earn atleast £166 per week. Pro rata I earn £737 a month, so £170 a week but I have £40 per month salary sacrifice. Would this take me below the threshold making me ineligible or are things like salary sacrifice not counted? Help please

I think they use data from the PAYE system, so you having salary sacrifice which reduces your gross salary reported to the PAYE system, I think could be a problem.

Have a look on https://gov.uk/personal-tax-account or the HMRC app to see what is being reported on the PAYE system.
