Dad kept the kids

Hiya just after abit off advise ex partner has kept the kids since Wednesday. I'm going upto school today and collect them early would u keep the kids off school until something is in place? He's made allegations to social services about me so they are due to come out to do a assessment as I have spike to them to make sure it's fine for me to collect as he seems to think it's not allowed thanks in advance

I'd suggest giving more background. It's not sustainable to start collecting them early as what if the next day he decides to collect them even earlier? You may need to go through the courts to have a child arrangement order put in place as it's not fair on the children for this instability and conflict.
