Why does my baby cry when tired?

My baby cries and cries when she is tired and I know this doesn’t seem like a problem but it is because she wont sleep anywhere else apart from her cot this makes me feel like I am trapped at home because if I go somewhere and it is time for her nap she’ll scream and scream and wont nap in her pram even if I lay it back I then have to go home to put her down for a nap she naps at 10 or 11 am then at 2 or 3pm then goes to bed at 6pm she’s almost 24wks

She's still very young I'd work on putting her down at home in her pram but with nothing to stimulate her ...hood up facing away so she can't see you and gently rocking it can take a few weeks to really get a good nap but once they start it gets easier.

Generally people have the opposite problem - that their baby just will never sleep in the cot!
her routine seems predictable enough, not sure if you have to go our for other children or work, but I would suggest just continue suiting your routine around hers for a while until she needs less sleeps, or let her sleep in a carrier while you are out (if she will).
