I have twin baby boys who are three weeks old.
I would like to to employ a mothers help for around three or four half days a week to help with the boys and light housework.
At what point would i need to worry about tax and NI? When do employers obligations kick in.
Also - what would be a reasonable pay? In Golders Green NW london?
