30 hours free but I'm a carer

Ok so I have recently got the funding for my son to get the government 30 hours free childcare as me and hubby both work. However I only work 12 hours a week. I used to do more but it dropped to 12. Now that it's dropped they are questioning me as I should be doing 16 hours. They have approved me for the next few months but I'm worried for after but then I read it u are a carer u can use this instead. And I do receive middle rate DLA and get the carers element in my uc for my oldest child

So how do I go about telling childcare ppl? I've logged into my childcare account but can't see how I tell them?

In order to be eligible, you have to be earning the equivalent of 16 hours at nationalMinimum wage.

If you earn that in 12 hours, then that's fine.

I don't think you'll be able to update anything until it's time for you to reconfirm again. This is a requirement every 3 months.
If you can't do it online you will need to speak to them then.
