Swapping nurseries and 30 hours

DD currently doing 30 hours since Jan. She currently does 15 hours at school nursery and one day at a private nursery they split hours across the year. It's very confusing. Anyway a 30hours place at school nursery she already goes to has come uo and would like to mover her. Can I do this?

Yes but you'll probably have to pay the other nursery for the days used in September plus the notice period.
