Have I understood this correctly? So if my child gets DLA it doesn’t matter how much I earn or do you still need to be under the £16k?

I'm just confused by it Blush

If your child has DLA then they get free hours regardless of how much you earn.

I thought that was the case but wanted to make sure before I started my new job. Thank you so much for replying.

Yes your child gets the 15 hours because of their disability. Your earnings are irrelevant.
