10 month old constipation

I have a nearly 11 month old starting on solids and refusing puree which is fine. However his nappies have changed from completely full but like mush to like one little log. Colour looks fine. Is this normal. What should i give to help him?

Hey OP having the same thing here .. 9 month old with little poops the size of a grape. They seem quite dry but he’s still breastfeeding on demand . Not sure what’s normal?

Prune juice.

You can make it into an ice lolly if preferred.

Could not find any prune juice at sainsburys - any ideas where this is stocked?
tried a couple of Ella’s prune pouches but no noticeable improvement and poos are so tiny considering the amount he’s now eating.
