Tax free childcare - over 100k

I’ve just filed my tax return for 21/22 and realised that my redundancy pay has slightly tipped me over the 100k threshold. Has anyone been in similar situation? Should I be expecting to repay the tax free childcare allowance and 30hr claimed at the time? TIA

I had the same situation, signed up for tax free childcare but then ended up getting a higher paid job. I checked before I claimed the tax free status because I thought I might get a new job but didn't know and the woman from HMRC said that was ok. But obviously you should check with someone professional, don't go by what I say!
