Tax and NI for nannies

Hi everyone,

Looking to hire a nanny. Is it the done thing to set them up with payslips, tax, NI, holiday pay etc?

More of a legal requirement than the 'done thing'.

There are a lot of companies who will do the tax/NI/payslip/pension admin for you. Nannypaye are good.
