For people in the Essex area- I have recently moved to Essex from london, registered with a gp and received a letter from hcrg booked a home visit? To introduce the service to me. Is this normal?
I have an almost three year old and just want to see from any one local if this is routine home visit for everyone that moves to the Essex area and why this 'introduction' cannot be virtual or telephone.
Never got this in london.
