Hi all

has everyone now if I can work as cm if I live in 2 bedroom flat in block on third floor?

Yes it is possible... for example see this inspection report.

I was minding from a 2nd floor flat. The inspector registered me for 2 under 8's (plus my ds) because of being on the 2nd floor (no lift). After a year I asked for it to be increased to 3 and they agreed. So, yes, it's definately possible but it may affect the number of children you're allowed to look after.
