Bed time

Hello everyone my baby's 11months old I've been experimenting with what time to put my baby to bed we was in a strong routine of him getting his bath at 8:30pm and he would of been out the bath and would of had his last bottle and been asleep by 9pm but considering he still wakes up throughout the night and wakes up early in the morning aswell I didn't thing he was getting the good nights sleep he should be having so recently I've been getting him in the bath at 6:30 so it's still earlyish what routine do you have for your 11/12 month old

So yes I would start bedtime routine earlier and be in bed for 7pm

234 if often used at this age for that amount of time before next nap

9/10 nap
Awake 3hrs
1/3 nap
Awake 4hrs and bed
