I'm not even sure if there if the one childminder who can drop off and pick up has any spaces for my child but she only works til half 5 and I work til 6pm 2 nights a week. My sister who was my main support is moving an hour away. I am totally ruined. I love my new job I've only been there for 6 months and I'm gonna have to leave because I put my details in the government website and it said I'll only get 960 pound a year towards help for 7 year old. I don't know what I'm gonna do :-(

As that link makes clear, you have a right to REQUEST flexible working, not a right to flexible working, they're very different things. Anyone has the right to ask, but the request is not guaranteed to be accepted, it depends on the needs of the business as to wether it can be reasonably accomodated. If you go further through those pages it gives a whole list of reasons why a flexible working request can be turned down.

I can read my own link what I posted to help the OP, cheers.

The amount UC will pay each month is going up to £951 a month from June!
