When to stop using baby specific cream?

Our baby had a touch of eczema from 2months to about 5months old. We used Aveeno baby cream on it and have ever since. Baby is 10 months old now. But the baby aveeno is quite pricey. How long do you need to use baby-specifc creams and when can you switch to normal aveeno?

I'd buy it and compare the ingredients on the bottle

Same, compare the ingredients. Try the adult one on a small patch and see if it works.
