High earner 15 hours q

Hi,
I'm sorry I can't find the answer to this on other threads.
My partner earns over the threshold for 30 hours free childcare for a 3 year old so under the old rules we qualified for 15 hours at that age. Now with the new rules, do we qualify for 15 hours for our 2 year old from April 2024?
It's not explicit in a lot of the online articles and just makes reference "available to working parents".
Many thanks!

Nope! Nothing changes if you are over the threshold.

The universal 15 hours are still for just 3 and 4 year olds.

No of course not.

I'm not sure what you're asking - are you asking if you qualify for 15 free hours if you earn over £100k?
