Payment declined for Tax free Childcare

Is anyone else having trouble making a payment this morning? It keeps advising me payment declined, even though there are sufficient funds in the account.

I would not do anything on the system at weekends, as various parts of the system may be offline/maintenance.
I would try again 9am Monday.
