Advice for a Nanny

Hi all

In a nutshell I am contemplating about joining a nanny agency.
( I am currently a Nanny 2x days

Are there any Nannies here that are with an Agency?
Is it worth it?
Pros/cons

Childcare.co.uk is just SO quiet at the moment 🙄

Why wouldn't it be worth it

Agencies don't charge the nanny

Just the family if they place a nanny with them
