Hi all

I recently went back to work from maternity. Originally I asked for part time work 3 days instead of 5 had the Meeting for this. Basically in the end their was multiple options condense my days and work 4 or do 3 days at home and 2 in the office. Anyway these all got rejected in the end as it didn't meet "the needs of the buissness". I appealed based on the fact I can't afford child care. With uc some months I don't get it with pay rise or bonus. I'm a single mum it's really difficult. They let me work 3 days at home until April. However trying to work from home with the baby was hard I have the mum guilt and also he wants my attention. So he does 2 full days in nursery an 2 half days my aunty has him the other day. Its costing me too much ontop of my bills I pretty much have a 100 to live off. I feel I'm on the way to a nervous break down work are not helping me they are demanding things from me an telling me how to settle my child for the sake of customers. Since baby started nursery he has picked up every bug going so I'm either taking time off or saying I'm working from home when I shouldn't be. And the anxiety I have to be a good mum an do right by my child and then the anxiety to do a good job in work. I just cry all the time. Any advise would be great. I hope I explained myself.
