Does the 30 hours free childcare eligibility take into account each individual parents income or a combined salary for both parents?

E.g - if my salary and DH's salary combined comes up to over £100K, we wouldn't be eligible?
Or if individually, we both earn under £100K, then we are eligible?

Sorry if this seems like a daft question.

Individually, so you could both earn £99,999 and qualify, but if one of you earned £101,000 and the other nothing you wouldn't qualify.
