My 3yo dd is hitting other children in school can I just take her out of nursery or do I have to give notice first or can I just take her a couple of times a week

Seems an extreme reaction- what are the nursery advising? Lots of kids hit when little - what’s she like at home? How’s her speech?

Is this a school nursery? They generally prefer the children to attend Mon - Fri as they are part of the school.
If it's a daycare nursery then I assume you have more flexibility.
But that's an extreme reaction. You need to find out why she is doing it. The staff will have methods they use to prevent or deal with it.

I just feel like my child is the only one doing it and I feel like I’m being judged for it

Honestly she isn't the only one and you won't be being judged for it.

What nursery is she is? School nursery or a private setting?

Loads of children go through a stage of it, your child won't be the only one honestly, they can't tell you what other children get up to.

What is causing her to hit?
Someone trying to take a toy?
Someone in her way?
How is her speech?

Taking her out won't actually help the situation. What has nursery advised?

You need to speak to the nursery, there will in all likelihood be a notice period that you have to pay for.

It would be better if you can work with them to figure out why your daughter is hitting and work through it, she's not going to learn better social behaviours by being taken away from the socialisation opportunity, but it does need to be safe for the other kids too.

Your lo isn't going to learn by removing them from every difficult situation. Children not used to being around others always have issues in sharing, turn taking, being around others etc until they understand how it works. Talk to nursery they should have a plan and reassure you its all normal.
