Posted a while back for nursery recommendations in Plumstead. Long story short, DD is not settling in well at the place we went with, and while that might partly be the disruption of a recent house move, taking her out of her old nursery that she loved etc, we also have some concerns about the current place that make us feel it might not be a good fit after all. So I'm frantically scrabbling around looking for available alternatives (we've identified at least one that we love but unfortunately the majority, including that one, don't have space until Sep 2023).
Does anyone have any recent experience with Plumstead Day Nursery, based in Plumstead Children's Centre? This is automatically appealing to us because her previous (much loved) nursery was council-run in a Children's Centre in a different part of London, and this appears to be the same set-up. But I note that there's a review online suggesting it's gone downhill a lot in the last few years (I know, just one review, but this current experience has slightly burnt me, so I'm reading everything!)
The other one we're looking at, as very close by, is Bear Hugs Day Nursery - the one on Timbercroft Lane.
I'd love to hear any recent experience or feedback with either of those.
