Hello guys
I want to quickly ask a question for reassurance
it might sound very silly but it’s making me upset

I have always held my baby with support on her back and beck
today I held her upright on my left shoulder
i was supposed to and I would normally do this , to put my right hand over her back supporting her upper back and neck
I just didn’t do it

and before I could put my hand behind her back, she tossed back and forth and hit back onto my shoulder again

she is 4 months and not able to hold her head fully upright yet

God forbid, can this cause her shaken syndrome or any injury like that?

please advise me iv been thinking abt this for hours now

No it can't cause anything like that, babies thrash or flop like that all the time. It's nowhere near shaking.
