Does anyone have any input to professional theories in relation to professional development? Has anyone heard of the Kolb's learning cycle? This is a theory where Kolb proposed a learning cycle which can help us reflect on our learning and used for reflected practice?
It would be nice to hear if any other theories that they know of and would like to share ?
