i started working for a great family in april-got use to kids and they got use to me etc-now im pregnant i feel bit guity as this has now got them a bit stuck this wasn't planned pregnancy but im happy so is my partner. Just they have had dfficulties with nannies and i think im the 3rd or 4th. it's a bit bad timimng for them for me being pregnant now-they have hard jobs and work longs hors both parents. They are happy for me and going to get cover-just feel REALLY GUILTY kids don't know about my situation yet either

Dont feel guilty. It is something to be happy about. Yes the parents may be upset but thats to be expected. Have you approached them about the idea of you returning to work and being able to take your little one with you??

Congrats to you !
You're bound to feel guilty if the kids have got used to you, and they've been through a few nannies already, but try not to let it ruin your own hapiness about your pg.
I know how you feel as I'm a cm and hated telling my parents I was pg, I knew they would be pleased for me and yet gutted for themselves at the same time. It was also hard because I loved the kids I had and after 9 mo mat leave there is no chance of having them back, so it is sad. But I;m glad I had ds and am now back at work and loving it and still in contact with my old mindees.
It will all work out in the end x

yeh I have and they seem fine with that as ill only ave mine and the 3 year old from 1215 till 3 untill I have to get all the others. I know i shouldn't feel guilty but I do. Think they are going to shorten my hours also cuz at the minute i do 8-6 mon-fri so I may just have to do it parttime. Haven't really discussed it properly yet. I don't want to not go back as the money helps
