My goodness it's tidy in here!

Somebody had a tdy up last night.

We are off swimming this morning, although its a faff getting 3 kids in and out the pool, it is the most restful day of the week. (Theyall sleep for two hours after, and my cleaner has been in while we are swimming, so come back to a beautifully tidy house)

Gets a wipe and washes Mo's face, then gives her a stiff drink,

What with DH & Dd this morning, being Interrogated over limes and now Flowers she's all awash

Its a hell of a day at sea sir! Thank the lord I finish at 4 today. I'd have a G&T, but I'd want a slice of lime in it and it feels kinda contraband now!

LoveMyGirls · 18/01/2008 14:24

Dp said I'm not allowed a cleaner because i dont earn enough and we dont need one

Lets see.......
From Feb 12th on my busiest week i'll have..

2.4yr old
18mth old
7mth old (2x but on alternate days)
3.5yr old
8yr old x 2
9yr old

Earning approx £450 per week

On my slack weeks i'll have
2.4yr old
18mth old
7mth old (2x but on alternate days)
3.5yr old
8yr old

Earning Approx £250 per week

That's an average of £1,258 per month which means I can afford to spend £56 per mth on a cleaner if it keeps me sane. Right? Which I can put through my books too?

chickenmama · 18/01/2008 14:28

Could anyone tell me what goes into a contract? I haven't got mine from NCMA yet and need some ideas for a meeting I'm having this weekend. Thanks!

Pinkranger · 18/01/2008 14:35

Happy Birthday !

Pinkranger · 18/01/2008 14:37

turn my head for a minute and mindee has emptied entire pack of wipes and cleaning my floor! hey who needs a cleaner

MaureenMLove · 18/01/2008 14:47

Thanks oh vision of pinkness!

Er yeah! LMG. You damn well deserve a cleaner! Tell him, its one of the new policies that is coming out with Ofsted.

'Childminders are required, by law, to employ a cleaner (as recommended from the list provided) to ensure that health and hygiene regulations are followed.'

crace · 18/01/2008 14:58

As soon as we can reasonably afford (post Xmas fallout) one I am arranging a weekly cleaner £21pw sounds like a bargain. What's the price of sanity?

Happy Bday Mo!

crace · 18/01/2008 14:59

CM - grab shoshe or looneytune, as I recall they have contracts to show off?

LMG - yes, you so deserve a cleaner.

looneytune · 18/01/2008 16:42
